    Are we too connected?

    It has been some time since I last posted, but I found this post particularly interesting. Once again, I have attempted to translate what can at times be overwhelming in a simplified infographic. It is based on research by a peer done in elite sport and indicates that there may be detrimental effects to athletes at the highest level who engage with social media.
