Rugby
Much of the work that I have done to date has been in rugby. This work has extended from local clubs to professional athletes. However, the nature of the experience of the sport tends to have similarities.

For many rugby players, a performance can be split into preparation, performance and reflection. These are 3 key areas that I have worked on previously with teams and individuals. This however does not exclude the other sporting experiences. Past work has looked to explore and manage fluctuations in form, managing the injury and rehabilitation period and also managing the various transitions that a rugby player may experience in their career. Work has also extended to developing psychological skills for players with closed skills such as throwers and kickers.
